1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through https://mysteryperks.com (the "Website"), operated by:

These terms apply subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence.

2. Products

Mystery Perks specializes in the online sale of fashion jewelry, including collectible pendants and necklaces.

Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, and other relevant characteristics are displayed on the corresponding product pages.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that photographs and descriptions accurately represent our products. Minor differences in appearance may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings.

Any material differences or defects remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Products are offered subject to availability.

3. Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website or at checkout.

The final order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges collected by Mystery Perks, is displayed before payment confirmation.

VAT treatment depends on applicable tax regulations, the seller's VAT status, and the customer's delivery location.

For international orders, customers may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, or local taxes upon delivery, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Any known additional charges payable to Mystery Perks will be disclosed before purchase. Where import charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, customers will be informed that such charges may apply.

Mystery Perks reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Orders

Before submitting an order, customers can review their selected products, quantities, delivery details, and total price.

After placing an order, customers receive an electronic acknowledgment.

The sales contract is formed when Mystery Perks accepts the order, ordinarily through an order confirmation.

Mystery Perks may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment failure, subject to applicable law.

Any payment collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.

5. Payment

Mystery Perks does not store complete payment card information on its own systems.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

Mystery Perks remains responsible for fulfilling its delivery obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where no delivery deadline has been agreed upon, goods will be delivered without undue delay and, for consumers protected by French law, no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

If an order is significantly delayed or cannot be delivered, customers may exercise their statutory rights.

7. International Orders and Customs

Customers ordering from outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes.

Mandatory consumer rights and legal obligations concerning customs and international deliveries remain unaffected.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers benefiting from European Union or French consumer protection law generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Mystery Perks before the withdrawal period expires.

Customers must return the goods within 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Mystery Perks, direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal are borne by the customer.

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, as provided by applicable law.

The original packaging should be included where reasonably possible, but the absence of original packaging does not automatically cancel statutory withdrawal rights.

9. Refunds

When a customer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, Mystery Perks will reimburse the payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs where required by law.

Additional costs resulting from the customer's selection of a more expensive delivery method are not necessarily refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

Where legally permitted, Mystery Perks may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

No additional refund fee will be charged.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, customers should contact contact@mysteryperks.com so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

10. Legal Guarantees

Products sold by Mystery Perks are covered by applicable statutory consumer guarantees.

For consumers protected by French law, the legal guarantee of conformity generally allows claims regarding non-conforming products for two years following delivery, subject to the conditions of the French Consumer Code.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with reimbursement.

Customers may also benefit from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

These statutory rights apply independently of any optional commercial warranty.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes mandatory consumer guarantees.

11. Product Care and Use

Jewelry should be handled appropriately and kept away from substances or conditions that may cause unnecessary deterioration.

Improper use or accidental damage may fall outside certain warranty protections, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights.

However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections afforded to them by the laws applicable to their consumer contracts.

If no resolution is reached, disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
